Welcome Houston Heights: This site will expose the Dog Owners that are dirty human beings! (Most are decent good people, so thanks!)
Site being developed, ultimately the purpose is to stop irresponsible dog owners leaving poo on our paths and often putting the poop bags in other peoples trash.
It will show images of the individuals and links to youtube with videos of the crimes!
